Laughter Yoga at Rosswoods Center

I am excited about the staff from Rosswoods Center in Dalton, GA whom I recently trained as LY Leaders. They will be leading laughter sessions with the participants and staff. It will become an even happier place for all.

Hello. I am an eternal optimist which is why I think I connected so deeply with laughter yoga. I have always loved to laugh and have been told by many that I have a very distinctive laugh - it is also pretty loud. I am happy to share the joy of laughter with you.
